What we actually do

Geelong Tree Care arranges quotes. The service is a referral: you describe a job here, a local tree contractor receives it, and they come back to you about it.

We are not the ones on the tools. The tree contractor is an independent business and the work is theirs.

What to expect

Send the form and the tree contractor covering your area receives it. Expect a call about the job, and a quote from them if you ask for one.

The price in that quote is the tree contractor's. We do not decide it and we cannot commit them to it.

Nothing here is a quote and nothing here is an offer to carry out work.

Who you are dealing with

Going ahead means a contract with the tree contractor, not with us. Responsibility for the work and for anything that goes wrong with it sits with them.

Check them out first. Ask what work they are entitled to take on, get their terms, and have the job scoped in writing before anyone starts.

The site itself

We keep this site up as best we can, and there will be times it is not available.

What is written here is general. It describes the kind of work the tree contractor does. It is not advice about your particular job.

What we ask of you

Give details that are correct and that are yours to give. If you are enquiring for somebody else, make sure they know.

Do not use the form to send anything abusive, and do not use it to sell to us.

Rights you keep

Nothing on this page takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where that law gives you a guarantee that cannot be excluded, it applies whatever is written here.

Governing law

The law of Victoria governs this page, and disputes about it belong in the courts of Victoria.
